The Tabcorp HR team wanted to up skill themselves in Design Thinking and facilitation in order to lead a series of upcoming culture workshops across the organisation.

We designed a customised Design Thinking training program for Human Resource professionals. We then trained the team in these methods and worked through a live challenge: how might we drive engagement in our HR team. This approach enabled them to prototype and test a workshop format using Design Thinking methodology.

The output was a team that had the confidence, skills and workshop structure to successfully rollout their culture program across the organisation.
