Sanitarium were undertaking two ‘special foresight projects’ – to unlock future opportunities of growth for the business.

Two specialist teams and support staff were put in place to lead these projects. We were briefed to increase these teams’ insight capability in order to help them achieve success.

The Insight training program focused on how to identify, construct and express insights. We applied a learning by doing methodology whereby the teams practiced the new skills on their actual projects in a safe training environment.

The teams completed the training with new insight thinking skills and behaviours that they could apply immediately to their Foresight projects and their everyday way of working.
